Lion Nutrition under FDA Investigation

Well…gee whiz, this is bad news for anyone who is a customer of Lion Nutrition. I filed numerous Freedom of Information Act requests with various federal agencies, in the course of researching my upcoming book, Generation S. I had pretty much gotten all of them back…except a few that were denied…which I received today. Interestingly, one of the ones that was denied was my request to see any and all files related to a criminal investigation into Lion Nutrition. As you can see from the three pages I’ve scanned into my blog (below), my request was declined because the records I’ve requested (which the FDA approximates is an entire file), “could reasonably be expected to interfere with enforcement proceedings.” In other words, there’s a current investigation into Lion Nutrition, and they can’t give me the files I’ve requested (which clearly exist) because LION NUTRITION IS UNDER FDA INVESTIGATION! Is this a company you want to be involved with? Do you feel safe ordering research chemicals and SARMs from? Of course not. Lion Nutrition is being investigated by the FDA, and the documents below PROVE IT.

Interesting, huh? I’ve been denied access to the FDA’s file on Lion Nutrition because it would interfere with LAW ENFORCEMENT proceedings. I’m sure this will make people think twice (or maybe three times) before they order anything from Lion Nutrition…as the FDA is making no mistake about the fact that they’re involved, and that they have a file on Lion Nutrition.
