Several months ago, I happened to be reading the first page of my first book, checking out the copyright, and I noticed that it said “No portion may be reproduced without the express written consent of the author.” Since I’m the author (at least that’s what the front cover says), what I did was simple - I converted the book into a PDF, and gave away thousands of copies. I gave it away on Bodybuilding.com, and many other sites….totally for free. Moderators from that site, as well as numerous other ones (EliteFitness.com, etc…) have been helping me spread the good will, for months.

I sent it to everyone in my email list, and to everyone who asked me a question since December. To date, I’ve given away 5-10x the amount that have been sold. I’ve been doing this for well over half a year….so I hope you got your hands on a copy already.

And now,  someone has uploaded it (not me) to RapidShare.com (with my permission as the author ) so everyone can have it for free. If you want to download it, all I ask is that you pass it along, post it on message boards, share it with your friends, and get the book into as many hands as possible. Re-upload it onto LimeWire.com, and any other social sites you use to share books.
